Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from ElariQ, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Subscription Policy outlined below.

Subscription Frequency & Billing

When you subscribe, your selected product will automatically renew every 30 days unless otherwise specified at checkout.

You will be charged the price displayed during checkout for each recurring order. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may apply.

Automatic Recurring Charges

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize ElariQ to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring shipment until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription Confirmation

After completing your subscription purchase, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your subscription and your first order.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for your next recurring shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Automatic Renewals

Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order and charges your saved payment method.

Orders Already Created

Once a renewal order has been created, it immediately enters our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Valid Orders

All recurring orders generated under your active subscription are considered authorized and final. These orders will be processed and billed unless your subscription has been canceled before the renewal deadline.
